Winter Truck Wash Policy Update for Hyfield Drivers: Stay Clean and Safe on the Road
As the winter season approaches, Hyfield Trucking is reintroducing our truck wash policy to help maintain the cleanliness and safety of your trucks during the harsh winter months. Starting November 1st, drivers will be allowed to use two (2) Blue Beacon truck washes per month due to the increased exposure to salt and brine treatments on the roadways. This policy will remain in effect until May 1, 2025, ensuring your vehicles stay protected throughout the winter and early spring.
How the Program Works
Hyfield Trucking has an account with Blue Beacon Truck Wash, and we are covering the costs for specific services to help you keep your trucks in top shape.
What We Cover:
• Classic Wash: A thorough wash to maintain the overall cleanliness of your truck.
• Brushed: For those who prefer a brushed wash for a deeper clean.
• Conventional Engine Wash: To keep your engine free of dirt, grime, and salt buildup.
• Undercarriage Rinse: Essential for removing salt and brine from the underside of your truck, preventing corrosion and damage.
Important Notes:
When you visit Blue Beacon, remember that the account name is “H Y S G” (with a space between each letter). The staff at Blue Beacon won’t find the account unless you spell it out exactly like this, so please be sure to mention it when you arrive.
Services Not Covered
If you’d like to add any additional services such as RainX, tire shine, or Citrishine, you are welcome to do so, but these will be out-of-pocket expenses and will not be reimbursed by Hyfield Trucking.
Stay Clean, Drive Safe
Maintaining your truck’s cleanliness is not just about aesthetics—it’s crucial for your safety and the longevity of your vehicle. Salt and brine on the roadways can lead to rust and damage if not properly cleaned off, so we encourage you to take full advantage of this program.
Thank you for your dedication and hard work. Stay safe out there, and let’s keep those trucks shining this winter!
