Can I have non-CDL passengers with me while over-the-road?Yes. FedEx Custom Critical does allow a non-CDL passenger to ride along in the truck. However, FedEx policy is only two bodies are allowed in the truck, meaning you would have to be a solo driver with a non-CDL passenger. Since we do not work with solo drivers, and all of our trucks are for teams, you would not be able to have a non-CDL passenger in the truck.
